I knew when we were looking for a new home that I wanted it to feel light and airy.  I really wanted a white kitchen with white cabinets and white subway tile.  I was working on preparing my husband mentally for a kitchen remodel because not a single house we had looked at fit what I had in mind.  When we walked into our house for the first time we knew it was the ONE!  Not only did it have tons of windows and a great open living area but it had a kitchen with white cabinets and white subway tile!!!
