Cinco de Mayo is just a week away and around here that means you better to get your stretchy pants ready and your liver in check because the way Texans celebrate is with mucho tacos y tequila! Every great holiday comes with great food and this one ranks up at the top of the "great food" list as far as I'm concerned. If I'm being honest though... pretty much every sunny, warm day in Austin Texas may as well be Cinco de Mayo.
